Welcome

Hogan Water Corp. is a non-profit water corporation that is member owned. Hogan Water is managed by a group of volunteer board members, with the help of an office manager and subcontractor.

Hogan Water has been in service since 1970. Initially there were only 140 member subscribers. Currently, we have 509 member subscribers and provide water to approximately 1,107 customers.

Hogan's distribution consists of approximately 36 miles of service lines ranging from 2 in. - 8 in. We draw water from two sources: LMS Conservancy District (which supplies us with an average of 10,000 gallons daily) and Aurora Utilities (which supplies an average of 85,000 gallons daily). All sources are continuously tested to ensure water supplied to our customers exceeds state standards.

Money Saving Tips

If you see water in your yard, investigate the source. Water leaks can be very costly if left unattended.

  • Does the leak appear to be located before or after the meter connection?
  • If a leak appears to be between a meter connection and your home or in your home, contact a repairman to fix.
  • If a leak appears to be in the area from the main line to your meter, contact Hogan Water office to report and investigate.
  • You will be charged for a service call if Hogan Water is called to investigate and the issue determined to be your responsibility. So do some checking yourself and don't just automatically call - it's not a free service.
